Minor room for improvement, but overall, a great stay.

The staff is very nice, the room was way too clean, maybe because they have just finished renovating. but notice the following before booking: they do not accept cash, well they did in my case but usually don't.

I slept like a baby in this hotel, even better than I sleep at home. maybe it's the bed, the orientation, or some "room energy" thingy, me and my 2 colleagues had the same impression

This hotel is conveniently located near a train station that goes directly to the central one. It is situated in the outskirts of the city, which creates a peaceful environment at night. there is a LIDL nearby for convenience.

The hotel is in a quiet place. You can find car parking area for free. There is a supermarket around the hotel, far to 300 mt. What you need, you can get from there. Breakfast is so so.. The internet, wifi, was free. You need to take password from reception. Bathroom is small, but it is ok..

There was no telephone in the room. The reception was in the front building. You have to walk always to there, because no telephone. There were no large enough towels. Pillows and mattresses were not comfortable. In the minibars, we could not find something,it was empty.

Hotel is very new, clean and rooms are very comfortable and modern. Your own TV, internet access and bathroom are great. Hotel is cca 7 min walk from metro station, from there, you can simple get into centre/koelnmesse.

The pre-made plates of cheese and meat in the breakfast were nice and the waitress was friendly. The hotel was located near a train station that made it easy to travel around the city.

The hotel's WiFi didn't work throughout my entire Christmas trip. I also found it difficult to find any open restaurants in the area during my stay.

Rooms are clean. Bathroom is fine. Heating is fine. Wifi works. Train station 5 minutes walk.

If you are unlucky , you may need to park ( for free ) 60 or 70 meters from entrance. The lift did not work during our one day stay but it was still ok as we did not have much luggage.

Low price compare to the others since it was fair time in Dusseldorf

We spent a lovely Christmas holiday at this budget hotel. the room was clean and presented nicely with everything we needed. the breakfast buffet was simple but delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient, only a short walk away from the train station and a quick ride into the city center.

That the wifi was a bit slow and unreliable at times.

The room didnt get clean up fpr my 2nd day of stayed, i have read the same things happened from the review before my stayed. if you dont really get the best deal i would not recommend the hotel, is around 4 stops by train from Koln Station, be aware during weekend, the train just runs twice per hours

Reception desk at the opposite side of the street. The person at the reception desk speaks only German. Strictly limited confort in the room, too small bathroom. The worst was the very bad sound isolation with the street and the other rooms. Also limited choice for the breakfast, to be taken in the pizzeria downstairs ! Much too expensive (+/- 130 euros/night) for the quality received. Just a place to sleep if you don't find another one...

This hotel had a great location, close to the railway station and tram stop, making it easy for me to explore the city. The cleanliness was also impressive and hotel facilities, including the fridge in my room, were sufficient. I also appreciated the free parking available on the street nearby.
